Aoife O'Brien

Aoife O'Brien is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Global Head of Recruitment at Clune Tech, previously known as Taxback Group, since March 2019. In this role, Aoife leads recruitment strategies for a suite of global companies focused on simplifying international business complexities. Prior to this, Aoife held various positions at reputable organizations, including Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where significant growth was achieved in headcount within technology and financial operations. Aoife's experience also includes roles at Hudson Global Resources, Allegis Group, and QPL Ltd, where foundational recruitment skills were developed. Aoife holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Human Resources Management from Waterford Institute of Technology.
