Tajae Gaynor

Tajae Gaynor is currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director at CLUSTER Community Services, where they oversee various programs including mediation, arbitration, restorative justice, mental health, homelessness prevention, and youth leadership. Prior to this role, Gaynor worked as a Supervisor at Westchester and Rockland Mediation Centers of CLUSTER Inc. for 16 years. Gaynor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College.
