Tobias Wingbermühle has a wealth of experience in the business and scientific sectors. In 2011, they were the General Manager of Abercrombie & Fitch. In 2010, they were a Student Research Assistant at the Institute of Cardiology and Sportmedicine at the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln. In 2015, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Clustermarket, the world-leading lab management system. In 2017, they founded the Science Entrepreneur Club, a non-profit organisation of curious minds that aims to explore and unite the life science ecosystem by educating, inspiring and connecting. Also in 2017, they became an Expert for the BioExpert Network. In 2018, they became a Mentor for the Smart Incubator ICT at the United Nations, a Mentor and Judge for Innovation Forum, and a Mentor for RebelBio.

Tobias Wingbermühle obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Sports Science from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln between 2008 and 2011. Tobias then went on to obtain a Master of Science - MS in International Business/Marketing from Hult International Business School between 2014 and 2015. Tobias has also obtained three additional certifications: IoT Foundations: Monetizing IoT from LinkedIn in 2021, IoT Foundations: Fundamentals from LinkedIn in 2020, and Digital Marketing from Accenture.
