Lucas Bertiz is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Personal Chef for Hondros Family since July 2018 and Kitchen Manager for ClusterTruck since October 2017, Lucas has a solid foundation in high-pressure environments. Previous positions include Sous Chef at Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood since April 2014 and Supervisor at Chammps from March 2003 to June 2014, where responsibilities included line cooking, food preparation, and inventory management. Earlier experience also includes a cooking role at Bone Fish Grill from November 2007 to November 2011.
