Vidya Venkat has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Vidya currently holds the position of Head of GTM, Programs & Operations at Clutch, a visual builder platform. In this role, they work on all aspects of the company, from strategy to execution.

Prior to their current position, Vidya worked as a freelancer for Milo Club, a start-up, from August 2018 to December 2019.

Before their freelance work, they were a Sr. Product Manager - Personalization Platforms at eBay. In this role, they focused on using data and machine learning to personalize user experiences. Vidya worked on six microservices that formed the foundation for personalization during their time at eBay.

Their previous experience includes working at Cisco as a Product Manager for Enterprise Routing ASR1k and Enterprise Routing - UCS E-Series Servers. During their time at Cisco, they managed the launch and growth of UCS E-Series, working closely with development partners like Vmware, Microsoft, and Intel to create joint marketing programs.

Vidya also had a role in Clarivate as a Product Management lead. There, they managed a $20 million initiative for the Intellectual Asset Management business, focusing on providing customers with a cloud-based asset management platform. Vidya also led business transformation efforts for software implementation and managed employee training and workflow management.

Vidya began their career at Cognizant as an Associate-Projects, where they worked on various projects from July 2004 to April 2008.

Vidya Venkat holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management & Strategy, Marketing, and Managerial Economics from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed in 2012. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras. In addition to their formal education, Vidya has also obtained several certifications, including a Product-Led Growth Certificate from ProductLed in July 2022, a Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap certification from LinkedIn in November 2020, and an Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines certification, also from LinkedIn, in May 2020.
