Cristian P.

Cristian P. has worked in the software and data engineering field since 2012. Cristian started at VCSoft as an SOA/BPM Engineer, where they were responsible for the design and development of software, as well as the deployment and production of various SOA and BPM projects for clients in Colombia, Chile, and Argentina. As a leader of the development team, they were in charge of defining service contracts for integrations with other systems using SOAP and REST webservices. In 2015, they joined IBM as a Senior SOA/BPM Engineer, where they were responsible for designing the architecture and developing BPM solutions, ensuring code quality, optimal performance, data security, and compliance with business requirements. In 2016, they moved to Varegos as a Software Architect, where they were the technical leader of the business process development team using BPM methodologies and technologies. Currently, they are a Software and Data Engineer at CLUVI, leading the implementation of DevOps practices in the company and responsible for the architecture definitions and implementation of solutions in the data and machine learning engineering team.

Cristian P. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Industrial de Santander between 2005 and 2011. Cristian also has four certifications from IBM: IBM Certified Application Developer using Process Designer - Business Process Manager V8.6 (November 2019), IBM Business Automation Workflow V19 Developer (September 2019), IBM Certified BPM Application Developer - Business Process Manager Express or Standard Edition V8.5.5 (May 2018), and IBM Certified BPM Application Developer - Business Process Manager Express or Standard Edition V8.0 (August 2013).
