Tena Mounga is an accomplished leader in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Clyde Companies, Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Tena held the position of Executive Consultant at HR Compliance Solutions, Inc., focusing on strategic design and development in various organizational stages. Tena has extensive experience in global human resources management from roles as Global Director Human Resources and Global Director Total Rewards & Mobility at Boart Longyear, and as General Manager & Operations and Director Human Resources at Schlumberger. Tena's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Human Resources from Weber State University and two Associate degrees from Salt Lake Community College.
