Geetu Chopra

Geetu Chopra is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and technology support services. Currently serving as IT Service Desk Manager at Virgin Money since May 2016, Geetu previously held the position of Head of Technology Support Services at Northern Gas Networks from June 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing an internal IT service desk and managing third-party service providers. Earlier roles include IT Business Support Manager at both Northern Gas Networks and United Utilities, where management of IT support contracts and incident management were primary duties. Geetu began a career at National Grid Transco as a Project Officer. Geetu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Northumbria University, completed between 1994 and 1998.
