Leanne Watson

Leanne Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Virgin Money, holding positions such as Social Enterprise Manager and Engagement & Communications Manager at the Virgin Money Foundation since June 2024. With a background in enterprise education, Leanne runs the Make £5 Grow program, which provides young people with the opportunity to learn about business by utilizing a £5 loan from Virgin Money. Leanne has also served as a Culture and Social Enterprise Specialist, Community Projects Manager, Quality Coach in Mortgage Operations, and Qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP). Leanne's educational background includes attendance at the University of Oxford in 2017 and Gosforth High School.
