Matthew Niziolek

Matthew Niziolek is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Lead for Pega at Virgin Money since September 2025, Matthew previously held various leadership roles at The AA from September 2010 to June 2025, including Principal Delivery Lead and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included technical oversight and delivery for the Roadside B2C sales platform. Matthew also established a Pega and Informatica delivery team and oversaw a significant legacy platform replacement program. Earlier roles include Solution Design Lead at The AA and Software Developer at TUI, Nationwide Building Society, and Sunsail. Matthew holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computing and Software Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and Solent University, respectively.
