Anouschka Hoefakker

Anouschka Hoefakker has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Anouschka is currently working as a Legal Counsel at CM.com since 2022.

Prior to their current role, Anouschka worked as a Legal Counsel at Koning Willem I College from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing legal advice to the board of directors and department directors, and overseeing a merger. Anouschka also analyzed and assessed agreements, including tenders.

Before joining Koning Willem I College, Anouschka worked at VISTRA. Anouschka started as a Trainee in 2017 and then served as a Jr. Corporate Lawyer. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Corporate Lawyer, where they acted as the executive secretary to the board of directors of client companies and ensured compliance with legal requirements. Anouschka also provided legal advice to the client companies and third parties.

Anouschka's work experience also includes a role as an Assistant-inspector at Nederlandse Voedsel en Warenautoriteit - NVWA from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they supervised the Tobacco and Tobacco products Act, drafted reports of findings, and evaluated risks.

Additionally, Anouschka worked as a Tutor at BijlesHuis from 2015 to 2017, providing educational assistance. Anouschka also had a corporate and employment law internship at JENS advocaten in 2015, where they prepared and attended court hearings and client meetings.

Anouschka Hoefakker pursued their education at Radboud University. From 2009 to 2014, they obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a major in Rechtsgeleerdheid. Following that, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate law from 2014 to 2017.
