Ireen Dekker

Ireen Dekker has a diverse work experience ranging from HR roles to recruitment and research consulting positions.

Starting from 2012, Ireen worked as an HR Research Intern at Waterschap De Dommel for a few months.

In 2016, they joined Quaestus Executive Leadership as a Research Consultant, where their primary responsibility was to identify suitable candidates with a strong leadership background for executive roles.

Following this, Ireen joined Vacansoleil Camping Holidays in 2017 as an HR Officer. Ireen'srole involved providing administrative support to HR Advisors and implementing the recruitment system, Emply.

In 2018, they became a Recruitment Consultant at Lefit Bemiddeling & Ontwikkeling, a boutique recruitment agency. Ireen'sfocus was on maintaining contact with organizations, especially in the data field, and attracting talented data professionals like data scientists and data analysts.

Ireen'smost recent role has been at CM.com since December 2020, where they first served as a Corporate Recruiter, responsible for supporting the company's conversational commerce cloud software. In July 2023, they transitioned into the role of an HR Business Partner.

Ireen Dekker attended Tilburg University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Human Resources. Ireen then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University from 2014 to 2015. In 2014, they also briefly studied at Masaryk University Brno in the field of Multidisciplinary. Prior to their university education, they attended Ostrea Lyceum from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained their VWO diploma in E&M. Additionally, Ireen Dekker obtained a Master of Science certification in September 2014 and a Bachelor of Science certification in September 2010, both from Tilburg University.
