Ivo Pooters has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Ivo currently works at CM.com as a Senior Security Specialist, contributing to securing the company's cyberspace. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Cybercrime Specialist at Politie Eenheid Zeeland-West-Brabant, where they conducted and coordinated digital criminal investigations and contributed to the development of innovation.

Before their role at Politie Eenheid Zeeland-West-Brabant, Ivo worked as a Principal Incident Handler at Fox-IT, where they were involved in digital forensic investigations and innovation in the field. Ivo also served as a Principal Cyber Security Consultant at Northwave, focusing on intelligent security operations.

Ivo gained valuable experience as a Senior SOC/CSIRT Analyst at ASML, where they played a crucial role in developing the cyber defense operations of the organization and implementing technical solutions for IT security incidents. In 2011, Ivo attended Leiden University to study Law, specializing as an expert witness. This program lasted for one year, concluding in 2012. Additionally, in 2009, they briefly attended VPB where they obtained a degree as a Particulier Onderzoeker.

In terms of certifications, Ivo has accomplished several specialized certifications.
