Piet Goorden

Piet Goorden has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Piet currently works as a Functional Application Manager at CM.com since July 2021. Prior to that, Piet worked at NautaDutilh N.V. as an Application Manager from August 2018 to June 2021.

Before their role at NautaDutilh, Piet served as a Senior Application consultant at Infor from May 2012 to July 2018. Infor is a global company that provides various applications, and Piet focused on the application Optiva.

Earlier in their career, Piet worked at Sogeti as an IT consultant from September 2006 to February 2012. During this time, they received internal training and worked on assignments for multiple customers.

Piet also gained experience at Philips IT, where they served as a Transition Manager from November 2009 to September 2011. Piet was responsible for managing the transition process in Philips' central IT department, which had a significant offshore center in Bangalore, India. Additionally, in Philips IT, Piet worked as a Functional support team lead from February 2009 to December 2009.

Furthermore, Piet worked as a Functional support SAP FICO at Philips from November 2008 to February 2009, where they were part of a functional support team for the ICA application.

Piet's early career includes roles at Oce Printing Systems as a Technical ABAP support and interface monitoring team member from March 2007 to August 2008, and at Odfjell ASA, where they completed an internship in SOA implementation from March 2006 to July 2006. During their internship, Piet was involved in converting process flows into service components to enable a more flexible IT landscape.

Piet Goorden's education history includes completing their MBO degree in Technische informatica from ROC zeeland, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a degree in bedrijfskundige informatica from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
