Michael Sainburg

Michael Sainburg, MBA, is an experienced professional in the fields of smart factory and logistics solutions, currently serving as the Managing Partner at CM Compass LLC since January 2022. Prior to this role, Michael led the Robotics CTO Practice team at Wipro Limited, focusing on Smart Factory and Smart Warehousing solutions. Michael's experience includes significant positions at Siemens, where responsibility encompassed global account management in the aerospace and defense sectors, as well as business development roles at KUKA Robotics and ABB. With a solid foundation in military service as a Non-Commission Officer in Charge at the Air National Guard, Michael brings a diverse background that combines technical expertise and leadership. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, a Bachelor of Applied Science from Texas State University, an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute.
