Arun Sethi

Arun Sethi currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Tax for Asia Pacific at CMA CGM since June 2017, leading the Group Tax function with expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy, and developments in the taxation of the digital economy. Prior to this role, Arun was the Director of Global Transfer Pricing and Tax at Neptune Orient Lines Ltd from May 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing global transfer pricing practices and providing tax advisory support. Arun's extensive experience in tax and transfer pricing began at IBM, where, from June 1999 to May 2014, responsibilities included compliance, controversy management, and strategy for the Asia Pacific region. Educational qualifications include degrees from the National University of Singapore, Monash University, Heidelberg University, and Raffles Institution.
