Laetitia DEALBERTO RICARD currently serves as the HR Development & Transformation Lead at La Provence, following a secondment from CMA CGM where Laetitia has held the position of HR Manager for Corporate Functions at the Head Office since June 2022. Laetitia's extensive experience includes roles at 13 Years, Leroy Merlin, L'Occitane en Provence, L'Oréal, Carrefour, the Ministère du Budget, and HSBC Asset Management. With a solid educational background comprising a master's degree in Human Resource Management from ESCP Business School, a public affairs master's from Sciences Po, and a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Laetitia has developed a strong foundation in human resources and organizational management.
