Valencia Walker (She/Her)

Valencia Walker, MD, MPH, FAAP is a physician and healthcare leader currently serving at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center and as Vice Dean of Health Equity and Inclusion at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Walker's extensive experience includes roles as a CFAS Representative and Central Region Representative for the Association of American Medical Colleges, along with long-standing involvement with the California Medical Association as Delegate and Chairperson of various councils. Formerly, Walker held significant positions at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and DGSOM UCLA, focusing on diversity and health equity. An accomplished leader, Walker also presided over the Association of Black Women Physicians and is an AMFDP Scholar from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
