DeLona Lang Bell has been a business professional since 1980. DeLona Lang began their career at HCL Hewlett Packard as the Director of Marketing Communications. In 1986, they moved to Adventist Health / WWGH and served as the Director of Business Development, Marketing & Strategic Planning. In 1997, they founded and became the President of CMBell Company and Signature Communications.

DeLona Lang Bell attended Walla Walla University from 1976 to 1979, where they earned their Bachelor's degree.
