Rhiannon Cooke is an experienced leader in the fields of change management and employee ownership governance. Currently serving as an Independent Trustee Director at Independent Directors & Trustees Ltd and as Executive Director at C3 Services Consulting Ltd, Rhiannon provides strategic guidance to businesses transitioning to employee ownership. Previously, Rhiannon held multiple key roles at CMC Partnership, including Managing Director and Chair of the Board of Trustees, where significant contributions were made toward sustainable growth and performance initiatives.
