While CMC's roots are in residential development, in time we began building a unique office product which users have dubbed "The Perfect Small Office." Today CMC develops, owns and operates residential, retail and commercial property throughout Greater Cincinnati and the Midwest. Our portfolio includes everything from affordable and student housing to luxury high-rise and from neighborhood shopping centers to bulk warehouse facilities.
