Kendra Trahan Phr

Kendra Trahan, PHR, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Kendra is currently the Director of Talent Management at CMC, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Area Human Resources Manager at CMC from November 2013 to July 2020. Kendra also worked as a Visiting Instructor (Online) at McNeese State University from 2015 to 2017. Before that, Kendra was the Director of Employment at Tulane University from January 2011 to November 2013. Kendra started their career as a Human Resources Representative at Marine Systems Inc. from May 2008 to January 2011, and then served as a Human Resources Supervisor at USG from January 2006 to May 2008. Finally, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Regions Financial Corporation from November 2004 to December 2005.

Kendra Trahan PHR, MBA holds a Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources from Louisiana State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Nicholls State University. Kendra has also obtained additional certifications including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2009.
