Kimberly Vanheel

Kimberly VanHeel is an experienced Benefits Analyst at CMC since October 2014, transitioning from an HR Business Analyst role at Zale from 2000 to October 2014, where responsibilities included detailed reporting and analysis for corporate and field leadership. Prior to that, Kimberly held various positions at Zale, including HR Representative, focusing on employee relations and general HR duties, and Employee Relations Administrative Assistant, aiding the HR team with various administrative tasks. Kimberly’s career began at Sears from November 1998 to May 2000 as a Store Trainer, managing new hire training and supporting HR functions. Kimberly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 1989 and 1993.
