Valentina Maloku

Valentina Maloku is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management. As the Founder and CEO of Masterclasses Lab since January 2024, Valentina offers specialized preparatory courses in Project Management, Product Management, and Scrum methodologies. In addition, Valentina serves as a Digital Transformation Consultant for Esnaf and CMD Software LLC while holding a position as a Board Member of the Business Consultants Council. Previous roles include mentoring at the Kosovo CSR Network and delivering training on IT security for SMEs through GIZ Kosovo. Valentina's experience spans various sectors, including significant projects with the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and BOTEK, where Valentina focused on software development and business intelligence systems. Valentina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Development and Management/Public Policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
