Laura Neumann

Since joining the firm in 2000, Ms. Neumann has gained progressive responsibility and experience in all aspects of engineering, planning, and construction management. Ms. Neumann serves on various Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment throughout the State, where she has reviewed hundreds of site plans and subdivisions for technical compliance with local ordinances and provided expert testimony at public hearings. As a Municipal Engineer, Ms. Neumann's experience includes preparing studies, designs, and investigations to serve all client's needs. Projects include design and construction management of roadways, storm water infrastructure, sewage collection systems, water distribution systems, and marina rehabilitation.

Ms. Neumann holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, and is duly licensed as a Professional Engineer and Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey.
