Robert J. Russo

Mr. Russo began his career at CME Associates in 1990 and has over 25 years of municipal engineering experience. Mr. Russo's municipal experience includes design and management through final construction of a wide range of projects, including roadway improvements, signalized intersections, parks, from small urban pocket parks to larger recreation facilities, water and sanitary sewer improvements, storm water management facilities and municipal buildings and facilities. Mr. Russo's municipal experience also includes providing Planning and Zoning Board Engineering and Planning services, including site and subdivision review and representing various Boards.

Mr. Russo has also provided civil/site engineering services for private clients for both residential and commercial development and has provided professional engineering testimony at various municipal and county land use boards.

Mr. Russo graduated from Rutgers, College of Engineering with a BSCE in civil engineering in 1989 and is a Professional Engineer, Professional Planner, Certified Public Works Manager and Certified Municipal Engineer in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Russo is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers.
