Emilio D. Perez is a seasoned Agile professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving organizational transformation in various sectors, including finance, technology, and gaming. Currently serving as a Lead ScrumMaster at CME Group since January 2023, Emilio facilitates the Agile journey and delivery of critical applications. Prior roles include Agile Delivery Lead at Capital One, where innovative cloud solutions were developed, and founder of 3ptstobeagile, focusing on enabling business agility. Additional experience encompasses coaching Agile practices at Uptake and SIM Partners, project management roles at SG Gaming and WMS Gaming, and a solid engineering background from previous positions at Cherry Electrical Products and Continental Automotive Systems. Emilio holds a BSEE from the UPR-Mayaguez Campus, an MSMOT from National Technological University, and a Project Management AD from The George Washington University.
