Julie Crone is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in leading talent acquisition strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of International Recruiting and Head of Recruitment EMEA at CME Group since June 2020, Julie leads a team focused on identifying and hiring top-tier talent for the world's leading derivatives marketplace. Prior roles include Consulting Partner at Talent Collective, where strategic workforce transformation was facilitated for major global brands, and Internal Mobility and Executive Hiring Lead at Alexander Mann Solutions. Additionally, Julie has held critical positions in resourcing and recruitment management at both Capital Consulting and SThree plc, and began a career in account management at Lorien. Julie holds a 2:1 degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
