Luke Watson has over 25 years of experience in technology and operational management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Readiness & Resilience at CME Group since August 2014, Luke has established expertise in operational acceptance, change management, and system resilience. Previous roles at CME Group include Director of Global Technology Disaster Recovery and Manager of Global Problem Management. Prior experience includes positions at Euronext, NYSE Euronext, and Citi, where responsibilities ranged from problem management to environment management and system administration. Early career roles were held at Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Bank, UBS Investment Bank, and London Electricity, where foundational skills in IT support and administration were developed.
