Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in online sales of organic products aimed at body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
