Jennifer McDaniel

Jennifer McDaniel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and the retail sector. Currently serving as Client Partner and Managing Director for the Change Management Group since 2018, Jennifer specializes in consultancy for retail and consumer goods businesses. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Director in the Advisory practice at PwC, focusing on omni-channel operations. Prior positions include Partner at RVC Consulting, where Jennifer offered strategic advice for technology-driven change programs, and various leadership roles at Oracle, including VP of Product Strategy for Retail Solutions. Jennifer began a career in consulting at Accenture, specializing in retail software solutions, after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
