Kim Lupe

Kim Lupe has a diverse work experience in technology operations and management. In 2008, they worked as an IT Manager at High Density Networks, where they managed support employees, improved customer service, troubleshooted network issues, and provided technical support. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Technical Service Manager at Everbridge, overseeing service desk and support employees, managing service support services, and improving ticket resolution time.
