Tami Goldberg

General Counsel at CMG

Tami Goldberg is CMG’s General Counsel and is responsible for overseeing legal affairs and corporate governance. Tami has more than 18 years of experience advising banks, private equity firms and FinTech companies on strategic transactions, operational matters and corporate governance.

Prior to joining CMG, Tami was Counsel at Goodwin Procter and a member of the firm’s Private Equity group, where her clients included large financial institutions and FinTech companies.

Before joining Goodwin, Tami was Associate General Counsel at Bank of America. She spent nine years as lead legal counsel on strategic investments for Bank of America’s principal investments group.

Tami received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Brandeis University.
