Axel Pimentel has a wealth of experience in the supply chain and procurement field, with a focus on the food industry. Currently serving as a Business Partner and Manager at CMI-Corporación Multi Inversiones, Axel has previously held various managerial positions at Pollo Campero, including roles such as Manager of Strategic Supplies, Supply Chain Manager, and Production Supplies Manager. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, Axel brings a strong educational background to their leadership roles in supply chain management within the restaurant industry.
