Al Riles

Al Riles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Al started their most recent position in 2021 at CMI Media Group as the Associate Director of People Development. In this role, they are responsible for implementing talent development programs and overseeing the curriculum for the organization. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at BrightView Landscapes as a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner, where they executed HR strategies and provided comprehensive HR solutions to leaders and team members. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Principal Consultant at Tunnell Consulting, and from 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Riles Inc. Al'searliest known position was at Johnson & Johnson, where they held various roles from 2000 to 2009, including Global Project Training Lead, Global Development Lead/Project Consultant, and Human Resources Business Partner. In these roles, they managed global projects, oversaw the creation of development processes, and executed HR strategies to support business needs.

Al Riles holds a Master's degree (M.A.) from Lehigh University and a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in History from the University of Portland. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn, which was obtained in 2023.
