Palak Patel has a diverse work experience in the field of business insights and digital solutions. Starting in 2008 at CheetahMail, an Experian Company, Palak worked as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and then as a Client Relationship Manager. In 2013, Palak joined Nielsen as a Senior Digital Solutions Manager, where they managed multiple Fortune 500 Advertisers and played a strategic role in interpreting ad effectiveness studies. In 2020, Palak moved on to CMI Media Group, where they started as a Manager, Business Insights and has since been promoted to Associate Director and currently serves as the Director of Business Insights.
Palak Patel completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications from New York University from 2004 to 2008. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing from Baruch College, which they received from 2011 to 2015.
