Arthur Shen

Arthur Shen currently serves as Chief Information Officer at CMoney since August 2023. Prior to this role, Arthur held the position of Vice General Manager at PChome Online Inc. from December 2021 to August 2023, primarily focusing on e-commerce. Arthur has extensive experience in leadership positions, having worked as Chief Digital Officer at iTutorGroup from January 2018 to December 2021, and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer at TutorGroup from December 2008 to December 2021. Arthur Shen holds a Master’s degree in EMBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from National Taiwan University, with the Master's completed from 2007 to 2009 and the Bachelor's from 1986 to 1990.
