Bailey Ellis

Bailey Ellis has a diverse work experience in the creative field. They are currently employed as a Senior Art Director at CMRignite, where they oversee daily operations and set quality standards. Prior to this, Bailey worked as a Creative Freelance Contractor at CMRignite and Motown Records, where they were responsible for tasks such as video post-production, brand identity design, and managing career development of staff members. They also have experience as a Freelance Designer at ORS Namaste Labs, where they produced technical illustrations, and as a Creative Director & Media Consultant at BMB 360, where they collaborated with product and research teams to improve customer experience. Bailey's earlier experience includes roles such as Creative Lead at the Governors Office of Storm Recovery and Digital Media Educator at Orr High School - Coop Image Group.

Bailey Ellis attended Full Sail University from 2016 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications. Prior to that, Bailey attended Digital Film Academy from 2015 to 2016, completing a one-year advance conservatory program in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. In 2009 and 2010, Bailey studied Graphic Communications at Columbia College Chicago. Bailey is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Internet Marketing at Full Sail University, starting in 2022.
