Deborah Kemp

Deborah Kemp, PMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Deborah is currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at CMRignite, where they lead the implementation of human resources best practices across all strategic and functional areas of the organization. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of Vice President of Public Sector at a confidential human capital consulting firm, where they developed infrastructure and strategic action plans for the company's public sector practice. Deborah also has extensive experience in human capital development, having worked as a Program Manager at Insignia Federal Group, where they consulted with government agencies to improve organizational effectiveness through executive coaching and human capital development programs. Deborah Kemp, PMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a background in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Deborah also attended St. Teresa's Academy. In addition to their education, Deborah has obtained several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from HRCI.
