Nurit Gildor

Nurit Gildor serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Foundation of Excellence in Education and English since April 2019 and has been the Chairman of the Board since June 2014, leading initiatives to improve early childhood education in Israel. In addition, Nurit operates as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant and has held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at CMS Distribution since January 2012, overseeing a workforce of 175 employees in the UK and Ireland. Previous roles include European HR Business Partner at Morningstar, Human Resources Manager at CMS Peripherals Ltd, and various human resources positions at Delta Galil Europe Ltd and Gilden's Arts UK Ltd. Early career experience includes serving as a Human Resources Management Officer in the Israel Defence Force. Nurit holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
