Sercan Maral

Sercan Maral possesses extensive experience in production quality and process development, currently serving as Production Quality Chief, Process Development Chief, and Process Design Chief at CMS Group Light Alloy Wheels since May 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing RFQ process feasibility studies, preparing control plans, guiding mold design, and managing various engineering processes such as FMEA and value chain. Additionally, Sercan holds experience in operational management of casting lines and plant sections, as well as continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Team Member at İnovaTİM, Engineering Intern at Erdemir, and Project Intern at Kerim Celik Mamulleri. Sercan holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi.
