Lisa Butler is an experienced Human Resources professional specializing in reward and performance management. Lisa's extensive career at HomeServe spanned from October 2005 to February 2020, where roles included Head of Reward, Reward & Benefits Business Partner, HR Specialist in Policy, Governance & Reward, HR Officer, and Payroll Advisor.
