Kathy Loomis

Kathy Loomis has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the field of People Operations and Sales. Kathy'smost recent position was as the Director of People Operations at CMSPI, where they advised clients on payment arrangements. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of People Strategy at SPAN Digital, where they led the development and execution of the People Strategy function. Kathy also worked as the Lead People & Culture Business Partner at Global Savings Group, where they launched the company's first US-based operation and achieved the highest revenue production during their tenure. Before that, they co-founded and served as the President of Synergy Network Solutions, a successful technology-focused staffing firm. Additionally, Kathy gained extensive experience in Sales and Sales Management at ADP, where they earned five promotions and notable achievements such as ranking as the #3 Sales Manager in the country for fiscal year 1997.

Kathy Loomis holds a Certificate of Completion in the Cybersecurity Leadership Program from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree at Georgia State University in an undisclosed field of study in 2014. Kathy also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from East Carolina University, though the year of completion is unknown. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including "Using Emotions to Leverage and Accelerate Change: A Guide for Leaders" from LinkedIn in June 2022, "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in June 2021, "Managing Stress for Positive Change" from LinkedIn in April 2021, and "New Manager Foundations" also from LinkedIn in April 2021.
