In 2013, they also attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for a brief period, studying Business Administration. In 2012, they spent some time at Tongji University, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Prior to their university education, Maximilian attended Ulrichsgymnasium Norden where they obtained their Abitur in 2011.
