Tracy Ferrer – International Relations and Language and Linguistics major at Georgetown University has over 10 years of experience in business development and management, sales, public relations, networking, event coordination and client management. As a Product Director for HCP/Aboard, Tracy has guided and maximized sales in Latin America, the Caribbean and Florida. Coupled with a multi-million dollar budget Tracy oversees a sales team of 14 representatives, with targeted sales programs, training, coaching, and quantifying personnel productivity. She is responsible for new sales territory development and continued sales growth in Central America and the Caribbean.
