Melanie Prince, MSN, BSN, RN, NE-BC, CCM, FCM, FAAN has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Melanie currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA), a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of MapYourWay LLC starting from 2019. In 2020, Melanie became the President of the Case Management Society of America-NWA Chapter, a role they held until June 2022.

In 1986, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Following this, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nursing Case Management at the University of Arizona.

In 2012 to 2013, Melanie Prince broadened their academic pursuits by completing a Masters in Strategic Studies at Air University, specializing in Strategy. Additionally, they furthered their education by undertaking a second Master of Science (MS) degree in Nursing (Case Management) from the University of Arizona during the same period.

Melanie'sdedication to continuous learning continued with their enrollment at Marymount University from 2021 to 2024, where they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation.

Throughout their education journey, Melanie Prince has acquired multiple clinical certifications: RN (Registered Nurse), NE-BC (Nurse Executive-Board Certified), CCM (Certified Case Manager), FCM (Fellow Case Manager), and FAAN (Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing).
