Kevin Webb has been working in the industry since 1999. Kevin began their career as a DSL Technical Support Agent at Bell Sympatico, where they efficiently solved 30-50 daily customer issues and identified sales opportunities for value-added services. In 2007, they started their own copywriting and content writing business, Kevin Webb Copywriting. In 2011, they took on a volunteer role as Vice President of Public Relations at Trillium Toastmasters. Since 2017, they have been working as a Content Writer on an ongoing basis for CMSWire. Most recently, in 2021, they founded Mash Conversion, where they work as a content strategist and writer, helping cybersecurity companies craft clear, conversational messages that grow trusted, profitable relationships.

Kevin Webb has completed a Business-Marketing degree from Loyalist College between 1993 and 1995. In 2003 and 2005, they obtained a Diploma in Career and Work Counsellor Program from Sir Sandford Fleming College.
