Orvin "Pouchi" Russell is an experienced professional in the field of construction materials and engineering, currently serving as the Utah Materials Division Manager at CMT Technical Services since February 2022. In this role, Orvin is responsible for overall management, business development, and ensuring the success of field and laboratory operations. Prior to this position, Orvin held various roles at CMT Engineering Laboratories, including Vice President of Operations and Principal Operations Manager, contributing significantly to project management and profitability. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Principal at Anderson, Russell, & McDaniel Laboratories, where oversight of field testing projects was a key responsibility, and as a Senior Field Technician at CMT Engineering Laboratories, overseeing large projects and ensuring budget compliance. Orvin holds a diploma from Kearns High School.
