Charles Mansfield III

Charles Mansfield III is a Board Member at CMU Tech & Entrepreneurship, actively involved in operationalizing the T&E Network since November 2024. Currently serving as Startup Ecosystem Manager at InnovatePGH since July 2023, Charles focuses on refining data assets and maintaining databases that capture Pittsburgh’s startup landscape, alongside conducting research to support strategic communications. Previous experience includes a role as Venture Scout at Legendary Ventures, Fellow at Venture For America, and a Due Diligence Volunteer at BlueTreeVC. Educationally, Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and a high school diploma from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School.
