David Simmons

David Simmons serves as Chairman for multiple organizations, including Ahrens, a diversified Australian family business with operations across various sectors such as Design & Construction, Mining Services, and Water Storage Infrastructure, producing over $400 million in revenue with a workforce of more than 1,000 employees. In addition to leading Ahrens, David serves as Chairman of Kick Start for Kids, a charity focused on supporting underprivileged primary school children in South Australia, and has held the Chairman position at CMV Group, a prominent truck and car retailer, since 2008. David also acts as Executive Chairman at 803 Capital, an investment and advisory firm, while previously holding the Chairman role at Codan Limited, a global provider of communication technologies.
